At Blossom Labs Pure, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 90-day return window for most products. You may request a full refund if independent testing indicates non-purity or if you simply change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email sent from hello@blossomlabspure.com. Our support team will provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds may take anywhere from 3–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
