Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day. We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday from our U.S. fulfillment center. Tracking information is automatically provided once your order ships.
In some cases, if an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we may delay shipment briefly (typically 1–3 business days) to allow the item to be restocked so the order can ship complete. Alternatively, we may choose to split shipments and send available items first. While we strive for fast turnaround, occasional delays of a few days may occur due to inventory or operational factors.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier
- Verify the delivery location (mailbox, front desk, etc.)
If the package is believed to be stolen:
- A police report must be filed
- The report must be submitted to our support team for review
Once a valid police report is received, we will review the case and may issue a replacement at no additional cost.
